The owner and founder of Reliable Personal Service, a longtime resident of South Orange, is also a mother and homemaker.
She has first-hand knowledge of what it's like to try to balance a high pressured and very demanding job with caring for her
family and an aging parent. Unfortunately, there was no reliable errand service that was efficient, affordable and honest
enough for her to retain when she needed help. As a result, she was inspired to start her own service. She is
honest, well organized and dependable.
The need for RePS
The need for personal shopper/errand service is strongly shaped by the customers' desire to relieve stress and clutter
in their lives. Most working mothers are stretched to the limit, and although they would like to be able to do it all, there
just aren't enough hours in the day. By taking care of the more mundane things in their lives, Reliable Personal Service will
be helping to lessen their stress and allowing them more free time in the day. The time gained from this service can be spent
on the more important aspects of their lives, such as spending quality time with their families and having fun. There is also
a great need for errand services among senior citizens, many of them live alone and are unable go about like they used to.
Some are unwilling to ask family members for help because they know that they have enough to do themselves.
